FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will I receive the same product as in the picture?

We strive to always display the correct information about our products. When you order the doll as shown and have not added or removed any extra options, you will receive the doll from the image. Please note that accessories such as clothing, jewelry and other attributes (shown) are optional. These are not included unless otherwise stated.

Where can I see my receipt?

If you are logged into your account prior to paying for the product or created an account and then completed the purchase, you can find the proof of purchase in your account on our website. You will also receive a copy of the proof of purchase in PDF format in your email.

How can I return a product?

Due to hygiene, not every product can simply be returned to us. If upon receipt of the doll it appears to have a defect, this must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. We will then contact you to find the best possible solution.

If a problem arises later in the life of the doll, we unfortunately cannot take the doll back. However, we would like to hear from you what is wrong and will always work with you and think along with you to get the doll repaired.

In such cases as above, we kindly request that you fill in our contact form. One of our employees will contact you to help you with the doll.

If a product is out of stock, will new stock be added?

Because we keep as little stock as possible ourselves, we are dependent on our suppliers for this. You can assume that products that are not in stock, but are available in our webshop, will be back in stock in the short term.

All dolls that are in stock are in the warehouse of our supplier in Germany. If the desired doll is not in stock, it may be sent to you directly from the manufacturer. If it turns out that the desired doll is already on its way to the warehouse in Germany, we will wait for that delivery, after which the doll will be sent to you.

Where can I have my order delivered?

Currently we can only deliver products in the Netherlands. Within the Netherlands your order will be delivered to the address you specified. Packaging is always unrecognizable and neutral so you don’t have to worry about strange eyes. Because the box in which the doll is delivered is large and heavy (sometimes up to 50kg depending on the chosen doll and options) we strongly recommend that you are at home for the delivery person.

We also recommend that you take photos of the packaging upon arrival if it appears that the packaging is damaged.
